Here we go again.... again.

Began Sommersizing again today. I keep going on and off diets and exercise plans. I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I haven't gained any either. I seem to bounce around within the 180 range. And while I'd like to be thinner, I am healthy. I ran a half marathon (ok I jogged and walked) last month and did really well for a first timer. We (Janet and I) started well behind our group of jogger/walkers and not only caught up with them, but ended up passing them and finished at the head of our group. Not bad for a first timer!

I'd like to keep competing (it's fun) and it makes sense to drop some of this weight as it'll be easier on my joints, also it'd be nice to fit into a smaller size. To that end...
